Nisa Hotel Kas

The Hotel Nisa in Kas has 20 rooms; all with air condition & own bathroom ( shower & wc ).

The hotel opened new in 2009 .

Rooms are clean, of middle size and basic equipped. as this is a new hotel, all furniture is of course new as well ;-)

All rooms do have a balkony, 8 of them have a spacious sea-view balkony which points to the bay & harbour of Kas. The hotel has double and triple (3-bed) rooms, but no single rooms - single travellers would need to book a double room.

The Hotel Nisa is in the centre of Kas, only 1 minute away from beaches, harbour and shopping facilities. To our divecenter it's a 3 min. walk from there.

Breakfast & dinner is served on the roof terrace of the hotel, which has an stunning view and provides you with a fresh breeze even in hottest summertime.

The advantage of this hotel is , that you don't have to manage hills or mountains on your way to town or 2 beaches. And of course another advantage is that everything is very nearby.

A stay in this hotel can be combined with all other services offered by us : Airport transfer, scuba-diving & diving courses, car rental, private boat trips, tours & excursions etc.

Hotel Nisa - Kas, Turkey - Room Rates :

Room Rates are between 60-75 EUR, depending on period of stay and kind of room. Please contact us for an individual offer.

This hotel is open from may untill October

All rates are in EUR and per room/per night. All prices include breakfast and VAT. Above shown rates are valid for the entire season. Single rooms are not available in this hotel - single travellers need to book an double room. Children from 0-12 years pay half (50%), halfbord catering can be booked as extra for 10,00 EUR per person/day.

Payment procedures :
Once all your questions are answered and you have decided to make your reservation, you will receive an confirmation by us. Depending on booked services, we do charge 15-20% as deposite to secure your booking. The rest you pay directly in Kas ( at day of checkout from the hotel ), then.

For your payment, we do provide bank accounts in the European Union as well as secure online payment possibilities such as "payPal". With ingoing deposite payment, your reservation becomes binding and you will receive an final booking confirmation as well as further informations.
