The Maki Hotel consists of 2 buildings, "Maki 1" and "Maki 2". Rooms in the "Maki 2" building were completly refurnished recently; therefore rates for this one are a bit higher.

Perfectly clean. Incredible view if you can get a front side room. Decent rooms. Good location. Very nice beach club where you don't have to spend money to spend the day.

This hotel has a new building and an old building. The new building has slightly nicer rooms. Ours was clean and the bathroom spotless.

The pool was excellent though. Under some trees and a view of the sea from the deck loungers. We drank a bottle of wine there at night as well. This hotel also gives you access to the Nur beach club - the nicest in Kas with thick mattresses and excellent food and the best umbrellas for protecting you from the very powerful sun. Dinner at Nur is also outstanding. Great food - incredibly romantic atmosphere.

"last minute choice" ( from Australia )

We had booked one of the few (English-speaking site) Kas hotels off the net, only to find it very nice but miles from the town.

Early next morning went checking out options, looking for a large bed for a tall husband! Hotel Maki was friendly and clean, queen size beds, undercover parking, close to town, excellent value.

Owner suggested his son's (I think) restaurant on the water's edge, one of the best meals of our trip last month. Highly recommended (hotel and restaurant).
