The Diva Residence Hotel is located on the peninsula of Kas
and offers suites only - no "standard hotel bedrooms".
The Diva
Residence has received many complements from guests for its homely and

a large swimming pool and sunbathing area, a relaxing Bedouin style deck
bar and a large closed restaurant / lounge.
In the evenings
you can dine outside or inside and choose delicious food from the menu that
includes Turkish Mediterranean, Ottoman and other cuisines.
1) 42m2 Suites
There are 9 suites, each has a double bed bedroom, 2 sofas
beds in the lounge, and a bathroom. Each suite can sleep a
maximum 4 persons. All suites have cold / hot air conditioning, direct dialing
telephone, fridge, mini bar & a balcony or a patio with superb sea view.
2) 82m2 Suites
There are 2 suites that each have a double bed bedroom and
second bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 sofa / divans in the lounge, and a shower
/ toilet room. All other features are as same as the 42m2 suites. Each suite
can sleep 6 persons.
The Diva Residence is an ideal place for family holidays in Kas since the rooms are offering enough space, pool & the sea are directly at your doorstep and the hotel owners give every young guest a very warm welcome :-)
A stay in this hotel can be combined with all other services offered by us : Airport transfer, scuba-diving & diving courses, car rental, private boat trips, tours & excursions etc.

Fly to Dalaman and hire a car to drive to Kas about two-three hours not allowing for stopping-ff to look around. Also, useful to get into Kas for shopping, and sightseering in the area.
The evenings in Kas are very enjoyable with some live music available and very late shopping eating.
Diva Residence Hotel is on the peninsular from the new yacht marina. It benefits from being peaceful but within easy striking distance of Kas and other places to visit. It is a homely/friendly hotel; the sea and bathing plus views are special. Food and wine are excellent!

We happened upon this place and so loved the setting that we stayed another night! In retrospect, it would have been wise to stay even longer as our experience finding nice accommodations was sketchy until we got to Antalya.
The views are stunning at this place--from our balcony we had an unobstructed view of the Greek island of Mies. Simply beautiful and breathtaking. The rooms are larger than expected--a front room (with sleeper that could accommodate two more), dining area and a kitchenette.
Would have been nice for a family or a longer stay. We enjoyed breakfast outside on the downstairs deck, but passed on eating dinner here as there was so much to explore in Kas itself. You must have a car to stay here as it would get expensive to take the taxi back and forth to town. Easy parking near downtown, so we enjoyed driving into town and exploring.

Peaceful, relaxing location with great food. Sea views are amazing and the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Around 5km from Kas town as hotel located on the peninsular, however, there is a bus that roundtrips around every hour and taxis are available. A hire car would be useful to visit the antiquity sites ın the area.
Hotel bar on coast provides great views and easy access to the sea from a rocky coastline where the water is very clear. Suitable for families with pool side facilities but ideal for couples or groups looking for the quieter holiday.

“The best place to stay in Kas” ( from Strasbourg )
We spent four days at the Diva residence hotel this summer and were really satisfied and happy about our stay. This is a kind of hotel where you feel "at home".
It is really well decorated and clean, all the rooms - they are "suites" with a little kitchen and a living room and terrace - have a sea view which is breathtaking.
Food is great and most of the products are natural and homemade. There is a small swimming pool but we will definitely recommend to use the hotel's private beach wich is in an amazing location! Staff is helpful and friendly and speak french and english.
If you are looking for quiet holidays, a friendly and family atmosphere and excellent turkish food, Diva residence is a great place.
