There are 8 suites and 18 guest rooms all sharing an outstanding characteristic that has to be seen to be truly appreciated.
The sea-facing panoramic windows are extra large and constructed so, as to frame the Mediterranean like a majestic living mural. All guest rooms are furnished individually, just to make you feel at home (air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless access and balconies).
- Standard rooms are between 15-20 meter square
- Deluxe rooms range between 25-30 meter square. Most have jakuzzis (except for the entrance and roof levels).
- Suites have two sections and occupy an area between 35-50 meter square not including the balcony areas. All suites have jakuzzis.

Barbarossa is a wonderful place to visit. It is surrounded by a true natural beauty and has its own unique charm! The hotel has a breathtaking panorama to the turquoise Mediterranean and a beautiful mountain.
If you need to relax and enjoy a nice lazy time off, you can just lay down by the water, enjoy the warmth of the sun and the beauty of the sea …and forget about everything else in the world. It takes much less time here to relax and rejuvenate. There is something in the air that makes you feel rested and happy. One can take a nice morning walk around the Kas peninsula. It’s a lovely start of the day in the crisp air enjoying the view of the sunrise above the mountains, the beautiful villas and the crystal blue waters of the sea. Peace and beauty!
You take a quick refreshing swim in the sea water pool or right in the sea. It is cool and so beautiful. The rooms are charming with the unique homely feeling of a traditional Turkish coziness. The staff is so friendly that you soon forget that you are a guest here. The waiters are fluent in Turkish and English. And if you can appreciate a really good food, this is a place for you. The owner of the hotel personally attends to every detail of making your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible. I travel a lot. I have been to many places with incredibly beautiful nature and highest quality of service. Club Hotel Barbarossa is really special.

The hotel location is a quiet area with its own access to the beatiful sea. It offers excellent Turkish food (as an example home baked bread three times per day), spacious comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.
The hotel owner is a vey fascinating guy with an "international" interesting life, but simultaneously very much involved his Turkish origin, who spent the evenings personally checking that all his guests are fine.
I have spent one week with my family and I have to say I've never been better served. The restaurant has an excellent view of KAS bay. I would definitely recommend for both family vacation or a small group of friends.

“Barbarossa - a place to return to” ( from Stockholm )
We have never spent holidays in Turkey before and were a little doubtful before going there. The thought of mixing with crowds of tourists, invading Antalya and Marmaris - just 2-3 hours drive from Kas, was a bit worrying.
Luckily, we quite by chance, found a perfect spot (Kas) and the best place to stay on the peninsular - Barbarossa hotel. If you are looking for privacy in a best location, crystal clear turquoise water, which you can access just walking down a few metres from your room, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lots of things to do and see in the area, then Barbarossa is a right place for you too.
Barbarossa is a small boutique hotel - just 25 rooms and the place never seems crowded. Whether you choose to use the sea water pool or go down to the sea side - you will always have this feeling of privacy and exclusiveness.
The personnell is very friendly, helpful and informal. Here we must add that the hotel staff and the management create a very special atmosphere with positive energy in the place, really caring for the guests and that everybody is happy. This you obviously don't find in larger hotels...
The cuisine is local (Turkish), which we found tasty and healthy with a lot of fresh fruit and vegetable variety. Grilled meat, lamb and fish would definitely be a part of lunch and dinner buffee. The food is best washed down with local wines, which we also found of good quality.
We are sure we'll return to the place and can definitely recommend it as a very special holiday.

I have spend four days in Barbarossa and I did not want to leave. The best part about the Barbarossa is the guests. Very select international clients. I also loved the food (great vegetables prepared with olive oil) and the grill during lunch. The service staff was great too. They really cared about us. I will be coming back to Barbarossa. It has great positive energy, a magnet for peace of mind. Cristal clear water and lovely wind by the sea side.. Thanks Barbarossa.

“Holiday bliss - quiet, amazing food, great scenery”
Barbarossa is the perfect place to chill out. It's got private access to the sea which is so clear and clean with fish easy to spot. If you love your food, this is also the best place to stay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious and having lived in Istanbul, I can say that this is top-class Turkish food. The views and scenary are unspoilt so this means the photos on the website don't lie! The rooms are also of a very good standard. I always recommend my friends to stay here as it is a true taste of Turkish hospitality in a beautiful location matched by amazing food (yes, I know I'm slightly obsessed by food!).
