Located some 200 metres from the sea with stunning views of Meis and other outlying islands in the Mediterranean.
Complex of three outstanding villas which have been finished and furnished to a high standard. They have been decorated in the ottoman style with wooden coving and decorative ceiling roses in all the principal rooms
Each villa has the following accommodation:
Top Floor:
- Master bedroom - Double bed.Private balcony with spectacular views over the sea
- Second bedroom - Two single beds
- Third bedroom - One double bed
- Large bathroom with shower cubicle. The washing machine is located in this bathroom
Ground floor:
- Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area
- Downstairs bathroom with shower
- The lounge has a fireplace, SateliteTV, DVD Player
- The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge, mircowave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, glasses etc.
- There is a covered terrace/balcony outside the kitchen/lounge which has a table and chairs to allow guests to eat al-fresco
In two of the villas there is a basement studio apartment which has the following accommodation:
- Bedroom with doublebed
- Bathroom with shower cubicle
- Lounge with kitchenette, fridge.

The villas have been furnished to a high standard and are airconditioned in all principal rooms. The villas are set in landscaped gardens and have access to their own private swimming pools. Each pool has its brellas.
There are also barbeques available for guests use. The villas are about 250 metres walk from the sea and the bathing platforms. The sea in the bay is very clean and regularly is awarded a Blue Flag for the quality of the water.
The villas are located about 4 kilometres from Kas town center and there are regular minibuses which go into town. Taxis are also readily available. We can arrange car hire for you as well. Adjacent to the villas are several boutique hotels, all within walking distance, where meals or drinks can be taken.
Daily deliveries of fresh bread and newspapers can be arranged. Refuse is collected daily. Pool cleaning and garden maintenance is arranged by the owners
A stay in this holiday villa can be combined with all other services offered by us : Airport transfer, scuba-diving & diving courses, car rental, private boat trips, tours & excursions etc.

The situation of the villa is fantastic and has been finished to a high standard both inside and out. Your introduction to some of the many restaurants were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The weather at this time of the year was perfect with warm sunny days and cool nights. I dont think that people realise what a nice time of the year October can be in Kas.

The villa is great, the views fantastic and we have really enjoyed the pool. Such a great location for peace and quiet and yet close enough to Kas. The villa has everything you could need and was very clean. We have really enjoyed our stay and have been very comfortable. If we are ever back in this area, this is where we would stay.

The villa is fantastic with a huge pool, where two of our party learnt to swim, and breathtaking views that we enjoyed in the mornings after waking up from our comfortable beds. Most of the things we saw and lived through are difficult to describe in words but everthing was simply perfect.

We spent a lot of time on the internet to look for a villa which can offer what we wanted for our holidays. When I saw it I knew it was a good one. We enjoyed every thing and appreciated the way the interiors ha ve been decorated with taste. The view from the pool was the 'cherry on the cake'. It was all so great and Kas and the location of your villas are also the best place on the Lycian coast.

This villa really has the most breathtaking views and the most fantastic pool to see them from. The pictures here really do not reflect how great it is! We had a superb holiday here with lovely helpful hosts (Nick and Selma) nearby, willing to help at all times. Kas and Kalkan both have lots to offer and the beaches and scenery are breathtaking.

This is the best place to stay in Kas! We spent there a wonderful time with our children and our parents (3 generations on holiday - and everyone of us enjoyed it).
The pool (it must be the biggest one in town!) is very nice and absolutely clear. Our children (4 - 6 Years old) loved it. While you are swimming in the pool you can see the sea and the islands.
The view is breathtaking- you see the sea and the islands from nearly every room.Everything is completely new, tastefully furnished, absolutely clean and in high quality.
The owners are very friendly and helpful, they organised really a lot of things for us. We recommend this house to our friends.
